The Manufacturing Departments

  • Die Casting Department with facilities for high pressure die casting for Zinc and Aluminium base alloys using cold chamber machines upto 350 T.
  • Forging Department with 150T to 750T presses for forging of copper, copper alloys and aluminum alloys along with trimming presses of various capacities. We also have core forging facilities. Post Heat Treatment facilities with electric furnaces are available for Die casting and Forging departments.
  • Machine shop using Single and multi spindle automats, VMC and CNC machines.
  • Tool room includes facilities like VMC, CNC Wire cut and EDM. Complete requirement of tools for the entire manufacturing process is fulfilled in house. For die inspection - CMM facilities are available.
